HISTORY

1904 - J.H. Means Insurance formed.
1962 - Bob Hoffman joined Glens Falls Insurance Company.
1965 - Mr. Hoffman moved to Pine Bluff & joined Theis Realty & Insurance.
1967 - Theis-Hoffman Insurance Agency formed.
1970 - J.H. Means acquired Security Agency. Means-McLellan Insurance Agency formed.
1971 - Rick Henry joined Fireman's Fund.
1973 - Mr. Henry joined McNew Insurance Agency.
1978 - Rebsamen Insurance acquired Means-McLellan and Theis-Hoffman.
1983 - Mr. Hoffman purchased Pine Bluff division of Rebsamen. Hoffman Insurance Corporation formed. Mr. Henry joined Hoffman Insurance.
1988 - Hoffman Insurance acquired McNulty & Co. in Little Rock.
1989 - Hoffman Insurance acquired Oudin Ins. Co. in Pine Bluff. Hoffman-Henry Insurance Corporation formed.
1990 - Hoffman-Henry opened Searcy office.
1991 - Hoffman-Henry formed Hoffman-Henry-Whitmore in Little Rock.
1993 - Hoffman-Henry acquired Dobbins Insurance in Searcy.
1995 - Hoffman-Henry acquired Ramsey, Krug, Farrell, & Lensing in Searcy.
1996 - Hoffman-Henry acquired Allen-Shumate-Horner in LR. Ron Adams joined Hoffman-Henry in Searcy as Producer.
1998 - Hoffman-Henry acquired Widener Insurance in Searcy.
1999 - Hoffman-Henry endorsed by Arkansas Medical Society. Richard Henry joined Hoffman-Henry in LR as Producer.
2000 - Hoffman-Henry acquired First Fidelity Ins. Agency in Searcy.
2002 - Mason Grashot joined Hoffman-Henry in Little Rock as Chief Financial Officer.
2003 - Small Business Service Center opened in Little Rock.
2004 - Commercial Lines Support & Marketing Departments opened in Little Rock.
2005 - Ron Adams, Richard Henry, and Mason Grashot led a group of family investors to purchase Hoffman-Henry Insurance Corporation from Bob Hoffman and Rick Henry. Bob Hoffman retired. Fayetteville office opened.
